The President of the Court

The President of the Court is a statute-based body of the Arbitration Court for Sport of the Polish Olympic Committee.

The basic tasks of the President of the Court are managing the works of the Court and representing the Court on the outside. The President undertakes all the actions necessary to ensure the correct performance of the Court’s obligations. The President of the Court has a decisive vote in adopting resolutions by the Council, in the event of a tie.

The position of the President of the Court for the term 2024-2027 is held by prof. dr hab. adw. Zbigniew Ćwiąkalski.
