The Secretary of the Court

The Secretary of the Court is a position within the Arbitration Court of the Polish Olympic Committee.

The Secretary of the Court performs administrative functions within the Court, and their basic task is to ensure the correct course of proceedings before the Court.

The competences of the Secretary of the Court include, in particular:

1. performing formal inspection of submission and immediately issuing relevant regulations in that regard,
2. determining entry fees and ordering them to be paid,
3. designating of the Adjudication Panel in cases, unless the Statute indicates otherwise,
4. executing the provisions of the Arbitrators’ Fees Regulations,
5. contacting with the parties and delivering documents via the Secretariat of the Court,
6. archiving and securing the completed cases files via the Secretariat of the Court,
7. passing internal guidelines and dispositions to ensure a correct and efficient course of the Court’s proceedings,
8. executing the provisions and regulations of the Council,
9. managing complaints and requests concerning the duties of the Court.
