A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.

1995 – 2003 – lawyer and attorney at Wardyński i Wspólnicy;

In 1997-2000 – provided legal assistance on behalf of Legia Daewoo S.S.A. At that time, he also advised the President of the State Sports and Tourism Administration regarding the statute of the Polish Football Association (PZPN).

He acted on his clients’ behalf in proceedings before the Football Court of Arbitration at the Polish Football Association. The arbitrator of the Court in 2003-2005.

His experience includes, i.a., issues of the sports law. For many years, he provided legal assistance regarding, i.a., disciplinary problems, sponsorship deals, transfer deals and deals concerning television rights.

2004 – currently – a co-founder and senior partner at WKB Wierciński, Kwieciński, Baehr Law Firm;

2005-2014 – a member of the League Commission at Ekstraklasa S.A.

An arbitrator of the Arbitration Court for Internet Domains at the National Chamber of Informatics and Telecommunication, a member (EC Member) of the authorities of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), is a part of the Foreign Commission of the National Bar Association.
