According to Disposition of the Secretary of the Court no. 1/2016 of February 9, 2016, the Secretariat of the Court does not provide any information concerning the cases of the Court, with the exception of the following:

1. case reference number,
2. members of the Arbitral Panel,
3. technical deficiencies concerning applicable court fees,
4. number of bank account designated for court fess.

According to Article 30 of the Statute of the Court, all submissions shall be made directly to the Court or via a postal operator. It is not possible to make a submission on a digital medium or via electronic means of communication.
