On 20 June 2017 the Management Board of the Polish Olympic Committee, pursuant to art. 45a sec. 8 of the Act of 25 June 2010 on sports (i.e. the Journal of Laws of 2016, item 176) adopted a new Statute of the Court of Arbitration for Sport at the Polish Olympic Committee.
The purpose of adoption of the new Statute of the Court of Arbitration was to accept a cohesive and comprehensive normative regulation with respect to the Court’s system and the course of proceedings before the Court that corresponds to the statutory changes introduced in recent years.
