On 2nd June 2016, the Secretary of the Arbitration Tribunal for Sport at the Polish Olympic Committee, Mr Piotr R. Graczyk, advocate, made recommendations to chairpersons of adjudication panels of the Tribunal on efficiency of proceedings before the Tribunal.
The recommendations issued are aimed at speeding up proceedings before the Tribunal, in particular by establishing the principle that cases not requiring a complex hearing of evidence should be heard within 30 days of appointment of an adjudication panel.
