Resolution of the Council of the Court of 14 January 2022 – POLADA cases

While interpreting the provisions of the POLADA Anti-doping Code 2021, the Council of the Court is of the opinion that in the case of anti-doping rules violations in which anti-doping proceedings were initiated by a competent authority before 01.01.2021, the existing provisions concerning the right to complain to the Court of Arbitration for Sport at the Polish Olympic Committee shall be applied.
