We hereby inform that on 10 February 2024, the Council of the Court adopted a resolution on establishing the lump sum amount for a complaint paid by the party initiating the proceedings before the Court in a sports disciplinary case.
The lump sum amount for a complaint in a sport disciplinary case is PLN 1,000.00 (say: one thousand zlotys).
Establishing a new, much lower than statutorily permissible, lump sum amount for a complaint in a sports disciplinary case in the amount of PLN 1,000.00 (say: one thousand zlotys) will contribute to increasing the accessibility to the Court.
